Return policy
Physical products (e.g. perfume oil)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract for physical products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This applies provided the product is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the goods have been received, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.
The following items are excluded from exchange:
Opened or used products (e.g., already used perfume oils)
Custom-made or personalized items
Digital products (e.g., audio meditations)
Digital products
Digital content is excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that access will be immediate and you waive your right of withdrawal.
Once you have gained access to the product (e.g. via stream or download link), a return is no longer possible.
