General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

  1. Introduction : This website and its associated online shop are operated by: Sarah Jegelka, Warthestraße 39, 12051 Berlin, Email: hello@sara.berlin, www.sara.berlin . This shop offers both physical products (e.g., energetically encoded perfume oil) and digital products (e.g., audio meditations). The shop is aimed at consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

  2. Contract Conclusion : The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance of the offer occurs through an order confirmation sent via email.

  3. Prices and Payment : All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process. Payment is processed via the payment providers specified at checkout (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  4. Delivery and shipping: Physical products are shipped within the stated delivery time. Shipping costs are displayed on the product page or at checkout. Currently, delivery is available within Germany and the EU.

  5. Digital Products / Members' Area: Digital products such as audio meditations are available in the protected members' area after purchase and can only be accessed via streaming, not as a download. By purchasing, you expressly agree that access is immediate and that your statutory right of withdrawal therefore expires.

  6. Right of withdrawal: For physical products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed products (e.g., perfume oils) whose seal has been broken after delivery. Digital content is excluded from the right of withdrawal once access has been granted and you have expressly consented to it.

  7. Disclaimer: The content offered (especially audio formats) is intended for personal development and energetic support. It does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Use is at your own risk.

  8. Copyright: All content (texts, audio, images) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without express written permission.

  9. Final provisions: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, insofar as legally permissible. Should individual clauses be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  4. Versand von digitalen Produkten: Digitale Produkte (z. B. Audio-Meditationen) sind nach dem Kauf im geschützten Mitgliederbereich per Stream verfügbar. Die Speicherung der Daten erfolgt für die Vertragsabwicklung und um den Zugang zu gewährleisten.

  5. Newsletter: Wenn Sie unseren Newsletter abonnieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und ggf. Ihren Namen. Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Double-Opt-In-Verfahren. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen.

Digital Products Policy

1. Type of products
The digital products in my shop are primarily audio formats such as meditations, hypnoses, or energetically coded sound journeys, which are made available to you via streaming through a protected members' area after purchase.

2. Usage & Access
Access to digital products is exclusively via streaming. Downloading is not possible. Access is personal and may not be shared with third parties.
Please take care of your login details and treat them confidentially.

3. Copyright
All digital content is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or publication, even in part, is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to § 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for digital content is excluded as soon as you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that the performance begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal expires upon placing your order and accessing the product.

5. Technical requirements
The use of digital products requires a stable internet connection and a suitable device with a common browser. For optimal playback, the use of current software is recommended. Compatibility with all systems cannot be guaranteed.
